# Messages from relatico.next are not being received

|| You haven’t received an email from relatico?

Your business partner sent you a **documentation request**, but you **didn’t receive an email from `automations@relatico.com`**?

###### Possible reason: Email was blocked or not delivered

In some cases, emails from relatico may not be delivered – for example, due to spam filters, firewalls, or missing internal approvals.

###### What you should do:

1. **Check your spam folder**  
   First, please check your **Spam/Junk folder**.  
   → If there is no email from relatico there, proceed to step 2.

2. **Contact your IT department (whitelisting)**  
   Ask your **IT or systems administrator** to whitelist our sender address.  
   This **whitelisting** ensures that future relatico emails are reliably delivered.

###### Technical whitelisting – your IT needs this information:

* **IP address:** `69.72.33.56`  
* **MX domain:** `mail.relatico.com`  
* **Sender addresses:**  
* `help@relatico.com`  
* `notifications@relatico.com`  
* `automations@relatico.com`

| After successful whitelisting

Once whitelisted, all relatico emails should **arrive directly in your inbox without issue**.  
If you still do not receive any emails, please contact our support team:
