# Upload one document for multiple products via the shared checklist

|| Your customer has shared a checklist with you, and you want to upload one file for multiple products at once?

Example:  
* A declaration of conformity for several material numbers  
* A specification for tomato puree in drums, tankers, and BIBs  

1. In the shared checklist, select the checklist items to which the same file should be uploaded.  
2. Then click the **"BULK UPLOAD"** button and follow the assistant.
