# You don't need your own relatico account to upload documents for your customers

###### **How it works:**

* You will receive an email from **automations@relatico.com**  
  → This email was **sent by your customer via relatico.next**  

* Click the **"Laden Sie Dateien in die Checkliste hoch"** button in the email

* You will be taken directly to the **shared checklist**, where you can **upload the requested documents without logging in**

To upload, you do **not** need:

* ❌ **a username**  
* ❌ **a password**  
* ❌ **your own relatico account**

All you need is the **access link from your customer's email**.
