Messages from relatico.next are not being received
You haven’t received an email from relatico?
Your business partner sent you a documentation request, but you didn’t receive an email from automations@relatico.com?
Possible reason: Email was blocked or not delivered
In some cases, emails from relatico may not be delivered – for example, due to spam filters, firewalls, or missing internal approvals.
What you should do:
- Check your spam folder
First, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
→ If there is no email from relatico there, proceed to step 2.
- Contact your IT department (whitelisting)
Ask your IT or systems administrator to whitelist our sender address.
This whitelisting ensures that future relatico emails are reliably delivered.

Once whitelisted, all relatico emails should arrive directly in your inbox without issue.
