How do I leave comments as a supplier?
Please note
- Comments can be added to the entire checklist or to individual checklist items or files.
- A name and email address are required to submit a comment.
- Comment on the entire checklist
- Open the shared checklist using the provided link.
- Click on “Checklist comments” in the top right.
- The comment applies to the entire checklist.

- Comment on individual checklist items or files
- Find the relevant item or file in the list.
- Click the comment icon in the “Actions” column on the right.
- The comment is assigned directly to that item or file.

- Fill in and send a comment
- Enter your name.
- Enter your email address.
- Write your comment or question.
- Click “Send comment”.
- As soon as the customer replies, the supplier automatically receives an email notification at the previously provided address.
- In this email, the supplier:
- sees the complete previous message history
- can understand the context (checklist / item / file)
- has the option to reply directly again
➡️ This creates continuous communication without losing any information.

- Use comments for questions, notes, or explanations related to documents.
- The more precise the comment, the faster it can be processed.
